About the Role:
ComForCare Home Health Care - Burlington Camden is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to join our team serving the Southampton Township area. If you're passionate about helping others and have a commitment to quality care, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist clients with mobility, transfers, and ambulation to promote safety and independence
- Monitor and document client health status and report changes to the supervising nurse
- Assist with meal preparation and encourage proper nutrition and hydration
- Perform light housekeeping duties and maintain a safe, clean home environment
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Provide medication reminders in accordance with the care plan and applicable regulations
Requirements:
- New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification
- Prior experience in home health, personal care, or a related caregiving setting preferred
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes in the Southampton Township area
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently while following the care plan and agency guidelines
- Successful completion of background and reference verifications

Compensation: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
